The 30 day challenge

The 30 day challenge started last June 4, 2011.and will end July 4, 2011

Challenges

  1. To eat breakfast
  2. To eliminate JUNK FOOD, FAST FOOD and RICE during dinner.
  3. To incorporate milk on my daily diet
  4. To stick to a 200 budget a day. 100 for food and 100 for miscellaneous stuff
  5. To save at least 50% of my salary.
  6. To pay my debts (1000 per pay day)
  7. To exercise at least once a week.

Expectations after the challenge

  1. To start building savings account
  2. To live a healthier lifestyle
  3. To lose at least 10% of my body fat
  4. To establish discipline within myself
