The 30 day challenge
The 30 day challenge started last June 4, 2011.and will end July 4, 2011
Challenges
- To eat breakfast
- To eliminate JUNK FOOD, FAST FOOD and RICE during dinner.
- To incorporate milk on my daily diet
- To stick to a 200 budget a day. 100 for food and 100 for miscellaneous stuff
- To save at least 50% of my salary.
- To pay my debts (1000 per pay day)
- To exercise at least once a week.
Expectations after the challenge
- To start building savings account
- To live a healthier lifestyle
- To lose at least 10% of my body fat
- To establish discipline within myself
