Yesterday, I visited my favorite station where my favorite people are. They treated me to coke and halo halo why I brought them Pizza for merienda. It was freakin’ hot, I was too scared that they might suffer from heat stroke.
Anyways, Jing and I bonded over pizza and coke. She was telling me how she is stretching her salary of 382 pesos per day. She helps her sister’s family and sends money to her mother. I asked her if she has savings for herself. She told me that she has already saved 30,000 for her wedding on September.
WOW! If they can do it, why can’t I? Its all about lifestyle change. I am really inspired by her story and I wish that I can also save for my wedding while contributing to the household expenses.
Stories like this gives me hope that things will get better.

What I love about my job is that I have the power to grow people. I am happy that one of my supervisors will be hired by our company already and the other one will be promoted from crew to supervisor.
I love it when my people grow with me.
I think I have already found my place under the sun. Its good to work for a company that practice entrepreneurial culture.
