sudon. The serving is too small, not unlike with what’s on the photo on your menu board. I was also surprised that the miso soup was not hot nor even warm. It was really cold! So I asked politely if they can change it to a warmer bowl of soup. I finished eating my katsudon but my miso soup wasn’t replaced yet.

So I went to Mr Reynante Ramos, cashier to asked him if I can refund the miso soup. He frowned at me, and went on his microphone and said, domo refund miso soup!

He gave ma back my 25 pesos. And when I asked where my receipt is, he told me in a very bastos manner, ay mam wala pong resibo kasi po nag hahang yung pc. mag aantay po ba kayo? My answer was yes.

What kind of customer service do you guys have? I was very disappointed with the food and at the same time with your staff!

MEDIOCRE FOOD and SERVICE. Will never ever dine in in your place.

PLEASE FIX YOUR STAFF!
